Usually, our technician can come to your location the same or next business day? It depends on your location and our schedule of appointments. We will do our best to pick the best time convenient for you.
What is the cost of your service?
Typically, cost of the work is based on hourly rate and it is different for business and residential clients. We also have maintenance subscription plans for those who wants to be sure that their system is in a good shape.
I'm not sure what is wrong with my computer, can you still help me?
Absolutely! We will test the computer right in front of you and will go over all of the issues we can find.
I accidentally erased some important files, can you get them back?
If you acciedntally deleted any important data on your computer we strongly recommed to stop using the computer immediately. Chance and amount of data available for recovery will decrease significantly if you continue to use the computer afterwards. We offer data recovery from any hard drives and memory cards.
Do you offer computer tutoring?
Yes, we offer on site and phone tutoring and consultations. Fee is hourly based and depends on the topic. We provide consultations from a basic knowledge of operating system and office software to a deep knowlede of server configuration and networking.
